Senior implementation lead responsible for chart of accounts design, business process framework configuration, integration architecture with legacy ERP, and cutover planning. Managed stakeholder engagement from CFO level through to end-user training.

Lead Adaptive architect. Responsible for dimensional model design, assumption sheet build, integration with Workday Financials actuals feed, and management reporting output design. Delivered finance team capability training and post-implementation documentation.

Scope
Post-implementation remediation of a troubled Workday deployment. P2P process redesign, CoA rationalisation and reporting framework rebuild.
Duration
4 months remediation engagement following a 12-month failed implementation by a prior vendor.
Outcome
Fully operational Workday environment. Supplier payments backlog cleared. Month-end close achieved within 5 business days for the first time.
Our Role
Engaged as interim Workday lead following vendor failure. Conducted full configuration audit, redesigned P2P workflows, rationalised the chart of accounts from 1,400 to 380 segments, and rebuilt the management reporting suite. Liaison between finance leadership and Workday support.
