In your browser's local storage on the device where you opened the file. To back up your data, use the export function within the tool. We recommend backing up regularly and storing the export in a secure location (e.g. Dropbox, OneDrive).

One licence covers one S-corp entity for one year. If you have multiple entities, purchase a licence per entity. Licences are annual and renew at $79.99/yr.
