- Microsoft account identity (for SSO-authenticated users accessing JEE apps)
We do not collect sensitive information, financial data, or payment details through this website or our internal tools.
We use the personal information you provide solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry and assess whether an engagement is a suitable fit
- Communicate with you about our consulting services
- Authenticate and authorise access to JEE internal applications and tools via Microsoft Entra ID
- Maintain audit logs of application access as required for security and compliance purposes
We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your consent, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties for commercial purposes.
Access to JEE internal applications is managed through Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory). When you sign in using your organisational account, Microsoft processes your identity credentials in accordance with Microsoft's Privacy Statement. JEE receives only the claims necessary to authenticate your session — typically your email address and display name.

Our contact form is processed by Formspree (formspree.io). Our website is hosted by Netlify. Our domain and DNS are managed through Cloudflare. Each of these services may process server logs including IP addresses in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers independently.
Our public website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics software. We do not track your behaviour across other websites.
Our internal applications (authenticated via Microsoft Entra ID) use session cookies strictly necessary for authentication. These cookies do not persist beyond your active session and are not used for tracking or advertising purposes.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. Personal information is accessed only by authorised personnel for the purposes described in this policy. We retain enquiry information for a period of 24 months, after which it is securely deleted unless an ongoing engagement relationship exists.
