This data is linked to a randomly generated pseudonymous identifier and cannot be used by us to identify you personally.

We do not collect sensitive information, financial data, or payment details through this website or our internal tools.

Access to JEE internal applications is managed through Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory). When you sign in using your organisational account, Microsoft processes your identity credentials in accordance with Microsoft's Privacy Statement. JEE receives only the claims necessary to authenticate your session — typically your email address and display name.

Our contact form is processed by Netlify Forms. Our website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Our domain is registered with GoDaddy and DNS is managed through Netlify. Each of these services may process server logs including IP addresses in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers independently.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) via Google Tag Manager to understand site performance and visitor journeys. We implement Google Consent Mode v2 with strict privacy protections: IP anonymisation is enabled, advertising personalisation is disabled, and data sharing with Google advertising networks is permanently turned off. Analytics data is retained for 14 months and then automatically purged.
