Credentials & Certification
Is JEE International a certified Workday partner?
JEE International operates as an independent specialist consultancy rather than a Workday reseller partner. Our practitioners hold hands-on Workday Financials and Adaptive Financials certification and have delivered implementations across multiple industries. We are not affiliated with Workday Inc. and do not sell Workday licences — we sell implementation expertise and advisory. This independence means our recommendations are always in your interest, not driven by licence revenue.
What Workday certifications do your consultants hold?
Our consultants are certified and experienced across Workday Financials core (GL, AP, AR, banking, expenses), Workday Adaptive Planning, and financial reporting. We maintain certifications through active project delivery, not just examination — the distinction matters in a platform that releases major updates twice a year.
Geography & Delivery
Where are you based and do you work internationally?
We are headquartered in Sydney, Australia. We work with clients across the Asia-Pacific region and engage internationally — particularly with organisations operating across multiple jurisdictions. The majority of our delivery is remote-capable; where on-site presence adds genuine value during workshops, go-live, or stakeholder engagement we are available to travel.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Both. Workday implementations are highly compatible with remote delivery — configuration, testing, training, and stakeholder sessions can all be run effectively online. We recommend targeted on-site presence at key milestones: initial discovery workshops, user acceptance testing, and go-live support. We work with each client to find the right balance for their team and organisational culture.
How We Engage
How is a typical engagement structured?
Most engagements begin with a brief discovery conversation to understand your environment, objectives, and timeline. From there we scope the engagement, agree on a delivery model (project-based, retained, or embedded), and begin with a defined discovery and design phase before moving into configuration or advisory delivery. Every engagement is senior-led from day one — you will work directly with the person who scoped the project throughout.
How long does a typical Workday Financials implementation take?
For a mid-market organisation with a standard Workday Financials scope, implementations typically run 6–9 months from kick-off to go-live. Complexity increases with multi-entity structures, international operations, legacy integrations, or significant process re-engineering. Adaptive Financials implementations are typically shorter — 3–6 months depending on the planning model complexity. We provide a detailed timeline estimate as part of scoping.
Do you work alongside existing Workday partners or internal teams?
Yes. We frequently operate as an independent specialist within a broader programme — either as a specialist stream lead working alongside a larger system integrator, or as a senior advisor embedded within an internal IT or finance team that is managing the implementation directly. We are experienced in both models and adapt to the governance structure already in place.
