By accessing or using any application, tool, or service provided by JEE International LLC ("JEE", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use our applications or services.

These terms apply to all users of JEE-operated systems, including employees, contractors, and authorised client personnel accessing tools via SSO authentication.

All content, software, tools, designs, and materials provided by JEE International LLC remain the exclusive intellectual property of JEE International LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership interest or licence to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from JEE materials except as expressly permitted in writing.

5. Confidentiality

You acknowledge that JEE applications may contain confidential business information, client data, financial data, and proprietary methodologies. You must not disclose, copy, or use any such information outside the scope of your authorised engagement with JEE. This obligation survives termination of your access.

6. No warranty

JEE applications and tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JEE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. JEE does not warrant that any application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities.

In particular, our client tools (including the FTC Tracker and SCorp Ledger) are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any financial or tax decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JEE International LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, any JEE application or service — even if JEE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

JEE reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any JEE application at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms of Use or for any other reason at JEE's sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access JEE systems ceases immediately.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent any dispute arises in Australia, the laws of New South Wales, Australia shall apply concurrently to the extent required by applicable consumer protection legislation.

10. Changes to these terms

JEE reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of JEE applications following notice of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
